Would you like some berrys with that?

I'm still putting away the Christmas decorations when I heard, "Look at this Nana!" and I turned around to see this little grinning face! I might try looking for something smaller for this years Christmas card pic........or maybe just use this one! I know that opening a card to see this would be sure to bring a smile to everyone's face!

Meet "Purr....sephone"................

She's another one of my little chunky canvas paintings that I have had so much fun creating here lately. The little Diva's name is "Purr...sephone" and she's all ready to attend the Black Cat Halloween Ball. I know it's a little early but "Purr...sephone" has the patience of a gnat (as my dear friend Christy would say)....LOL!

I've used more vintage papers from an early 1900's book pages to make the little picket fence that surrounds the outside edges of this canvas and I've given it a dusting of vintage mica flakes to catch the moonlight glow. Her top hat is also made from the same vintage paper and the rosette is fashioned from vintage silver seam binding and a vintage MOP button.

She'll be listed tonight on eBay and I will back with her link later on tonight!

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek at her EBAY AUCTION!

Meet Bunnita the Bunny Diva!

This little bunny painting was so much fun to create! She was supposed to be finished and listed on Sunday night but the flu hit our house again and Jadyn was sick with that, plus an ear infection too! This bout included a trip to the ER on Thursday evening. Well....we all know how much fun that it........not! LOL She's doing better now, but we have to get that ear cleared up and hopefully the medicine will stay down so it can do its job.

So it was a wonder that I got this painting finished at all! lol I hope you will stop by HER EBAY AUCTION and take a little peek. She ends next Monday evening at 9:00pm EST-6:00pm PDT.

Thanks for stopping by!

Seraphina the Snow Diva..............

I painted this little chunky canvas painting a few weeks ago and have been waiting on Freezin' Francine to end before listing her. She was so much fun to paint and the icicles made out of the vintage paper was something different in place of the penny rug fingers that I have done on my other canvases.

My favorite part, besides the icicles, is her rosette made of vintage silver seam binding with the vintage metal rhinestone button....=D

I hope you have time to stop by and take a peek at HER AUCTION LINK. She ends this coming Sunday night at 9:30pm EST-6:30pm PDT.

The Jadyn Test....................

I hate to admit this but......we use a little 2 year old as a doll testing guinea pig! This is what we call THE JADYN TEST......LOL

Everytime that JoycEE brings me her newest doll to take pics and list on eBay, we always have to get Jadyn's reaction to that particular dollie. It's so funny to watch and see what kind of reaction she will have and the sign that a doll is going to be a good one, is when she gives it a kiss! We know it's a winner then! Of course Jadyn has grown up with Joyce's dolls but every now and then.........there are a few that she refuses to go near......LOL Those ones have gotten the, "Noooooooooo" response or the "Scary!" I wish now that I had written all her responses down. Us Nana's are known to be a little forgetful sometimes! hahaha!

But this newest one of Joyce's she absolutely loved! So Nana had to get the camera out and take a pic of her hugging Joyce's little shining star doll. I found the perfect "slightly creepy" version of the "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" song to use with this auction also! We hope that you will go take a peek at the latest doll that passed THE JADYN TEST! *giggle*
